Dojo SLC

Dinner at Dojo with J, ordered Wagyu Lettuce Wraps (wagyu beef and mushrooms marinated in a korean kalbi sauce, served in a heirloom lettuce head, topped with crispy yam threads) and Duck Gyoza (duck marinated in cumin, cinnamon and garlic, then slowly cooked in olive oil, wrapped up into a gyoza, then pan seared and steamed). Main entries are Nabeyaki Udon (udon noodles with chicken, shrimp tempura, kamaboko, napa cabbage and green onion, served in a handmade clay pot) and Japanese Style Ramen (choice of pork belly or pork shoulder, with green onion, boiled egg, kamaboko (Japanese fish cake), and seaweed in a traditional ramen broth. Good way to start the weekend!
I would give the appetizers **** and main entries **. Dojo is a great place for appetizers!
